Anti-Vibration Mount Types and its applications

Anti-Vibration Mounts are available in various shapes and sizes. Leveling Anti Vibration Mounts effectively dampens shock and vibration. The levelling mounts have rotating ball with moveable mount. It helps the vehicles or other equipment to move freely without any vibration or shocks. The ball and handle of mounts are made up of steel. To lift the steel ball, the spoked wheel must be turned counter clockwise.

Whereas Natural Rubber rings and bushings are basically designed for noise suppression in machines like typewriters, printers, copiers and various other office equipment. These bushings are helpful to isolate the striker bars and platens in high speed printers.

Air Spring isolators operate at -20 degree Celsius to 60 degree Celsius.  It has a minimum load range of 51 kgf to 612 kgf. The diaphragm of the mount is made up of synthetic rubber and the body material is made out of steel. Applications of these mounts are air compressors, air blowers, pumps and grain vibrators.Whereas Super Soft Rubber mounts are used for absorbing vibrations in small pumps, fans, motors, compressors.
